Surfing fundamentally is a solitary sport. All you need is you, your board, and a wave. There’s nothing quite like that feeling that it’s just you dancing with Mother Nature’s magic. And as solitary as surfing is, it also is beautifully communal. Sure, I treasure my solo surf sessions, but surfing without your buddies out in the ocean with you just isn’t the same...especially during a jaw dropping sunset like this... .

Because the real secret to surfing is sharing the magic of the waves with the ones you care for.

It's not how good you surf....or how many times you wipeout! It's about the relationships you make while out surfing, laughing and hooting your friends into waves.
