Almost five years ago I left my heels in Manhattan for a surfboard + camera in Costa Rica. The past five years living in Pura Vidadise hasn’t always been perfect waves and magical sunsets (the saying is so true - - the grass is not always greener on the other side), but my five-year-ago self dared to listen to the voice inside her saying she needed to be in Costa Rica and I’m ever so grateful for that.
